Grief Rambles - When Feeling Festive Seems Impossible
Overview
🌿 What is a Grief Rambles?
Grief can feel isolating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Grief Rambles is a gentle, informal walk designed for those experiencing loss, whether recent or long ago, human, pet or life loss. The loss is real; the grief is real. There’s no pressure to share or explain; just a space to be outside, move, and connect with others who understand.
We walk at a steady, relaxed pace enjoying the beautiful surroundings, pausing when needed and letting the conversation (or companionable silence) unfold naturally.
💜 Showing Up As You Are
In grief it’s hard enough to get out of bed and clean our teeth some days. Turning up for you, is more than enough.
Come dressed for the weather, with hat, scarf & mittens. There is no need to dress-up, skip the make-up (insider knowledge-I always skip it).
🎄This is the shortest day of the year, that alone can feel isolating, I wanted to offer support specifically on this day. And, if you are not looking forward to Christmas, and gathering this year, we will discuss tools and strategies to support you.
