You’re invited to this safe space to be as you are. Grief comes in waves. Sometimes it is completely overwhelming and other times it's barely noticeable. Feel the depths of despair, feel nothing, rest, be angry - however you show up all of you is welcome.

During this circle you’ll be welcomed into presence and held through a series of breath and movement practices, group ceremony, and vibrational healing (with energy and sound).

90 minute Grief & Gratitude ceremonial healing session includes:

-Opening Circle

-Movement Practice

-Grief Ceremony

-Restorative Sound Healing

-Closing Gratitude Circle

Please arrive a few minutes early so you have time to set up your space before we begin promptly at 3:30 PM.

Guidelines for how to best prepare:

-Care for your body needs leading up to and following our session (eat well, get adequate rest, hydrate.)

-Bring a water bottle.

-Bring a journal and pen.

-Bring any items you would like to place on an altar during a grief ceremony.

-Prepare yourself for ceremony. Take a shower or bath, dress comfortably, be nourished, connect with nature, etc.

-It can be nice to have a post-ceremony meal prepared ahead of time to support your integration.

-If possible, schedule some time to rest and integrate after our ceremony.

Please note these are simply suggestions, not requirements. Come as you are. If you can make it to join us that is more than enough! Be kind to yourself.
