An Oregon native, Russ Morgan graduated with a Wildlife Science degree from Oregon State University in 1986. He has worked for the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife for 27 years and is a former District Wildlife Biologist in Heppner where he worked with a variety of game and nongame wildlife species. For the past eight years Russ has served as the Oregon Wolf Program Coordinator in La Grande.
