About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours 30 minutes

Join us at the Exchange Hub (your local Cool Space) to reflect on how we stayed cool and safe during this summer's heatwaves, learn practical tips and advice for being heat-smart, and help shape future support.

We know many residents and organisations have already engaged in heatwave preparedness this summer. This session is specifically for those who haven't yet had the chance to take part, or who felt unprepared and want to contribute to designing better support for next year.

Expect:

  • Community-led reflections on summer heatwaves experiences
  • Group discussions on what worked, what didn't and what's needed
  • Greener Living tips for long-term resilience and sustainability

Free lunch provided, open to all active residents and community leaders interested.
