Green River Distilling GlenCaryn Tasting Experience and Launch Event!

The evening will kick off with a guided tasting by the amazing Green River National Brand Ambassador Caryn Wells (see bio below!). Following the tasting there will be cocktails, Hors d'oeuvres and the inaugural "Shoot the Shoe" Tournament (if you know, you know. If you don't, you're in for a treat!)

This is the first tasting and event for Green River in New York and we are looking forward to introducing you to this incredible Kentucky heritage brand!

After retiring from careers in teaching and firefighting, Caryn Wells moved to Kentucky and quickly realized that retirement was not for her. While whiskey had always been her drink of choice, the bourbon world was calling her name. Beginning as a tour guide, Caryn quickly became the distillery liaison for special tours and guests. Her ability to engage, educate and inspire bourbon lovers of all levels made her a recognized and requested presenter.

Today, Caryn Wells uses her skillset to introduce Green River Whiskey to both aficionados and bourbon novices alike. As the first National Brand Ambassador for Green River Distilling Co., Caryn continues her quest for knowledge and connection within the industry. Caryn is a member of several bourbon organizations including the Stave & Thief Society, Bourbon Women and the Owensboro Bourbon Society.
