Green Our Planet's Student Farmers Market hosted by Zappos (School sign up)

Join in the fun and sell your produce at the largest student farmers market in the nation! Zappos will be hosting Green Our Planet's Farmers Market, where students can sell their school garden-grown fruits and veggies to the community. The market will be open to the public between 11am and 2pm.
The event is limited to 50 schools, so sign up today! Between 8 and 10 students from each school can participate. Sign up by March 31! You only need to register 1 ticket for your school.
Participating schools MUST have a current USDA Producer's Certificate in order to sell food to the public. New applications take 3 weeks to process. Information an application can be found here:
A limited number of buses will be provided for transportation, so reserve your spot today! Buses will begin picking up students at 9am. Schools may begin setting up their stand at 10am, and the market will be open to the public from 11am - 2pm. Schools will start leaving at 1:10pm in order to get students back to school in time for the end of the day bell.
Schools will need to provide:
- A banner with the school, school sponsor name (if sponsored), and pricing information
- A cashbox with change to give to customers
- A tablecloth
- An icebox to keep fruits and veggies fresh
- Current USDA certificate
- Students can bring a lunch, or purchase a meal from the food trucks on site
