Greek Dinner with Chop, Wok, & Talk

So you like Greek food? Do you want to learn how to make it? Grab your friends and join us for a Greek Dinner at The Kitchen! We'll be cooking up some classics with an emphasis on working with phyllo dough.
Avgolemono soup (lemon soup with orzo)
Mediterrean triangles loaded with salami, peppers, and olives
Greek panzanella salad with tomatoes, feta, peppers, and homemade croutons
Greek lasagna (pastitsio) made with noodles, ground beef and topped with a beschemal sauce
Aprons and recipes provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Guests must wear closed-toe shoes.
*If class is cancelled due insufficient registration, you may switch to another class or receive a full refund. Classes with less than 12 people will be cancelled.
