After these sweet creations are finished it'll be time to snack!

Ages 12 and up. Recipes and pastries to take home. Beverages available for purchase. Registration ends Monday, September 16th.

When: Wednesday, September 18th, 6:00 - 8:30PM.

Where: JUMP Share Studio on the ground floor.

Cost: $35.00

What to Expect: The program will start with an introduction and some basic preparatory skill demonstrations by the facilitators. Participants will be working collaboratively in groups to prepare each pastry. These pastries contain wheat, dairy, and nuts.

Ava:

"Avaflava's is a business I began here in Boise in 2018 where I prep meals for athletes, bodybuilders, keto, gluten free and vegan dieters. I also have a YouTube channel where I post recipes and workout tutorials. I love to inspire and be inspired, and share my love and creativity through cooking. I have been working in the restaurant industry for the last 8 years - currently at the restaurant Waffle Me Up."

What is your passion?

"I'm passionate about cooking, and I love to endurance race 5k's, half marathons, and mountain races. I also competed in a bikini show last year where I lost 32 pounds prepping my own meals!"

Maria:

"My 100% online training & nutrition company, MYfitness, began nearly 4 years ago; but my love for cooking started way before that. Having Greek roots, I spent a lot of time in Cyprus where I learned to cook (and perfect) all the traditional Greek recipes with my Yiayia. I have created one e-book cookbook and am currently working on my second! Now I get to take my knowledge for cooking into my every day job and teach others how to incorporate foods they enjoy into their lives without feeling guilty."

What is your passion?

"I am very passionate about teaching & educating my clients on how to properly fuel & train their bodies for lifelong changes. There really is no better feeling than being a part of helping someone realize their own potential and create new lifestyle changes for themselves; it's extremely gratifying. I LOVE weight training: I have 3 National Records in Raw Powerlifting and I am 4x Nationally Qualified as a bikini competitor - I plan on heading to Nationals for the first time this fall!
