Discounts

Register early to take advantage of registration discounts!

  • Early Registration: Register before April 15,
  • Standard Registration (no late fee): Register before May 15,
  • Late Registration: Ends June 1.

Parents enrolling multiple children in the violin or cello programs receive a $10 discount per child on Pre-Twinkle and Book 1-3 or Book 4 and Up classes. In addition, SAGWA members receive discounts on range of course offerings. If you are not already a SAGWA member you my purchase a membership while registering.

Refund Policy

A $50 cancelation fee will be charged per attendee for cancelations on or before May 15. All other fees are refundable, when a written request is sent to the institue by May 15 via the Institute website Registration Page. Refund requests emailed on or after May 15 will not be honored.

Use of Contact Information Provided

Contact information provided on registration forms will be shared with Institute participants.

Commitment to Adult Supervision of Minor Students

Parents are responsible for ensuring all of the children they register for the Institute are accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for supervising them. Parents may authorize children 13 years of age and older to attend on their own provided they submit a release and medical power of attorney Form to prior to the start of the Institute.
