The GREAT Tech Awards
a competition hosted by the UK government for tech companies looking to expand overseas
Winners of The GREAT Tech Awards will receive a trip to London to explore the UK tech scene. Applicant companies can be based in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Connecticut and can apply within the following categories: education, finance, health, internet of things, lifestyle and media.
Applications are due August 1, 2014!

Judges include: David Karp (Tumblr), Pete Cashmore (Mashable), Lily Cole (Impossible.com), Doug Atkin (Guggenheim Partners), Marco Mohwinckel (Janssen Healthcare Innovation), Margaret Molloy (Siegel+Gale), and Yinka Adegoke (Billboard).
Prize includes: roundtrip flight to London, five star hotel accomodation, a tour of the London tech scene, free legal, accountancy, and recruitment services, free office space for 3 months, meetings with the Prime Minister's office, venture capitalists, high-profile mentors, and more!

The GREAT Tech Awards are presented by UK Trade & Investment and the British Consulate General New York.
