The 43rd Annual Great Southland Stampede Rodeo rolls back into Athens on March 30, March 31, and April 1, 2017! Join us for a fun event featuring broncs, bulls, and babes at the UGA Instructional Arena on South Milledge. We hope you can join us for the Greatest Show on Dirt!
I bought tickets for the wrong night, can I exchange them?
Ticket exchange requests will be accepted until Friday March 24, 2017. After that, we will no longer take requests due to the high influx of emails and other coorespondance that we receive. Each Individual request will be reviewed on a circumstantial basis until the date listed above. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Can you refund my ticket purchase?

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
ID is not required to enter the event with the presentation of a printed Eventbrite ticket or mobile Eventbrite pass. Valid ID is required for those without a printed or mobile ticket and for those with only a printed or mobile recipte. Valid ticket holders will be presented with a wristband upon entry. Guests may come and go as they please as long as they have a wristband.
The Great Southland Stampede Rodeo is a family friendly event and all ages are welcome. Please note that ticket prices are different for adults (ages 13 and up) and children (ages 4 to 12). Infants 3 and under are FREE.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Parking for the rodeo will be in the pasture directly across the street from the UGA Livestock Instructional Arena. Parking is free for our paying customers and rodeo security and University of Georgia Police will be on hand to help direct traffic and assist you while you cross the street. There is additional parking for sponsors and handicap closer to the building. The Great Southland Stampede Rodeo does not provide public transportation to the event.
**In the incident of bad weather, parking will be at UGA’s intramural fields and busses will be used to transport patrons to and from the parking lot. They will run a continuous loop, so that you will be able to return to your car as you please. On the buses, there will be fun activities to get everyone ready for the greatest show on dirt! But note: this is ONLY if there is bad weather. Announcements will be made through our EventBrite E-mail capabilities and through our Social Media Pages in the event that we must implement this parking plan.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable to a friend or family member?
Yes! Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for information about how to transfer a ticket or visit customer service on the night of the event.
What time do the doors open?
The doors will open at 6:00 PM
What time does the show start and end?
The show starts at 8:00 PM and will last until approximately 10:00 or 11:00 PM
