Become Great Demo! Certified by advancing your Demo and Discovery skills to an outstanding level of practice. 

  • Take your Demos to the next level
  • Develop high-performing Questioning and Discovery skills
  • Master Complex Situations of multiple players and solutions
  • Explore more challenging situations, beyond the “core” methodology

 

WORKSHOP DELIVERABLES AND SPECIFIC LEARNING OBJECTIVES

Participants will learn how to:

  1. Apply advanced Questioning and Discovery skills to develop and close business more rapidly and with improved forecast clarity.
  2. Manage and Master demo situations with complex solutions, mixed audiences, interests, and needs.
  3. Confidently and successfully address a broader range of customer situations.

Great Demo! Master Classes extend and refine Great Demo! methodology to enable success across a broader range of situations, personalities, and challenges. Participants address their own real-life scenarios, specific challenges and other advanced topics through a combination of discussion, presentation and role-play exercises that mimic real-life and high-probability demo situations.

 

PRE-WORKSHOP PREPARATION

Participants are expected to have completed a 1-Day, 1.5-Day, or 2-Day Great Demo! Workshop. Participants need to come to the Master Class prepared to deliver a 6-10 minute demo for a specific real or high-probability customer situation from their laptop computers or tablets.

Additional specific topics and challenges will be addressed, in accord with participant interest and time. Example topics include:

-       Mastering Vision Generation Demos

-       Remote (e.g., via WebEx or GoToMeeting) Demos delivered over the web

-       Mobile devices – changing the entire dynamic for demos

-       Making demos Remarkable

-       Story-telling methods

-       Managing competitive situations to out-flank, differentiate, set “land mines”

-       Informal Success Stories that generate “hope and curiosity”

-       The Menu Approach and other “self rescue” techniques

-       New Product Roll-out Demos

-       RFP and Scripted Demo situations

-       Methods for managing successful POC’s and Evaluations

-       Other topics raised by the participants

Any outstanding questions are then addressed, followed by a final wrap-up to review and summarize the new practices.

Great Demo!

Mr. Pearce brings over 20 years of technical sales leadership and experience to Great Demo! As the first certified Great Demo! training affiliate he has mastered the Great Demo! methodology and today contributes to it’s ongoing success and growth.  Having rolled out the Great Demo! methodology to numerous global organizations, he understands the intricacies of the training and recommends ways to increase its success with real-world stories and experience.

He has held leadership roles in several organizations in Presales as VP of Technical Sales, Field Enablement and Business Development.  He currently leads a dynamic sales team for GP Strategies Corporation and has recently authored several Great Demo! Master Series topics including Manager Best Practices, and Using Great Demo! in highly complex enterprise sales cycles.

Mr. Pearce resides in Central Illinois and travels internationally to support his Great Demo! training customers.  His interests include travel, real estate investing and management, public service and spending time with his spouse and family.  Paul can be contacted as follows:
