Is this workshop based on a book?

Yes. "How To Be A Great Boss" was written by Gino Wickman (founder of EOS ) and Rene Boer.  You will receive a copy of the book as part of your workshop fee.  Reading the book prior to attending the workshop is helpful but NOT necessary!   It will be a great resource for you post workshop.

The Great Boss Workshop is a great foundational complement to your EOS journey.  You can use it to immerse your entire team into LMA principles for the first time or as refresher.  It is also excellent in helping  new team members catch up to their peers who are experienced LMA managers.
