Meditate - The yoga session will flow into a meditation. Meditation is ace as it encourages you to bring your awareness into the present moment and by doing so, naturally decreases the worry and anxiety associated with overthinking about future or past events. What's not to love about that?
We know all that exercise and time spent in the sun might make you a little parched. Luckily, we've got you covered. Pressed Juices are on board once more to provide delicious-ice cold-super healthy-nutrient packed-instagram worthy juice to everyone that comes along.
