Event description

Description

In this class, you will learn how to take the simple concept of gratitude and transform it into a spiritual practice. We will primarily use Hebrew chant as a guide for creating space for gratitude in your daily life. One example, is using “Modeh/Modah Ani”- “I give thanks," upon waking up. This is gratitude at waking up/breathing every morning. I also like to use it as a reminder to be thankful in difficult times. We will also include some practices from other faith and spiritual traditions. This class has a required minimum of 4 people and maximum of 10. These can be either drop-in or for the whole series, but I highly recommend enrolling in the whole series. I didn't have a way to list this particular format of class pricing. This is for the Monday morning class at BPA. If you are looking for another time/option, I will be sending an invite for my Friday morning class at the Boulder JCC.
