LODGING at CAMP CARAWAY: If you are traveling more than 2 hours to the event, lodging will be provided on Monday, September 11 (day before convening starts) and Tuesday, September 12.

MILEAGE ALLOWANCE: Is provided round trip (1 per car)

MEALS: Snacks, lunch and dinner will be provided on Tuesday, September 12 and breakfast, snacks and lunch are provided on Wednesday, September 13.

Our caterer will do their best to make accommodations; if you have very specific dietary restrictions, please plan to bring snacks.
