Objective
This will be an open community of sharing with subject matter experts from Federal, State, and local agencies and community partners who provide care and service in diverse communities. Discussion will focus on strategies to improve health outcomes in diverse communities, particularly the African American community, and effectively leveraging healthcare resources to improve health and wellness in select populations.

This webinar will feature presentations from:

  • Frankie Manning, Vice Chair, Governor's Interagency Council on Health Disparities, Washington

  • Michele Andrasik, PhD, Clinical Assistant Professor, Global Health, University of Washington

Target Audience

Medical providers, community health workers, case managers, and public health professionals. There will be an opportunity for questions and answers during and after the presentations. Please feel free to send in questions in advance of the event to the ORO inbox at RegionX@hrsa.gov.
