Data-driven program and service delivery is key to winning, and maintaining a funder's support. A well developed program incorporates methods of evaluation to determine its effectiveness and drive decision making. If you want to learn best practices in nonprofit program measurement and evaluation to heighten your chances of grant success, then this course is for you. In this workshop, you will:

  • Learn how to determine where the needs and gaps exist within your target/client base

  • Know how to measure outcomes against goals and objectives and assess your findings

  • Determine your success metrics and indicators

  • Explore industry standard tools for accurate and reliable program measurement and evaluation

  • Know how to respond to funders if expressed outcomes are not met

Monique's Bio
Monique Phillips proudly serves as Development Manager for the American Diabetes Association (ADA), as well as CEO of MP Consulting Group, a company she formed under one primary premise: to exhibit her passion for all things writing, while helping others achieve their goals through this medium. A resource development professional, Monique’s talents and writing skills have led to funding that support the operations of multi-million dollar nonprofit organizations whose causes range from eradicating homelessness and poverty to finding a cure for diabetes. Ultimately, customers’ trust and satisfaction is what drives and propels Monique to continue to pursue her dreams while helping others to do so as well. At MP Consulting Group, passion and commitment to service is at the heart of what she does.

In 2014, Monique received a Certificate in Advanced Nonprofit Fundraising from the Georgia Center for Nonprofits and remains an active membership with the Association of Fundraising Professionals. In addition, she holds a B.A. in Journalism from Oakland University in Rochester, MI and a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy from Clark Atlanta University.
