Event description

Description

Business owners often turn to grants because they are not required to pay them back; essentially, you can look at grants as “free money,” but they come with stipulations. Also, understanding and navigating the grant process can be complex. This seminar will provide you with step by step instruction to help navigate the grant funding process.

You will learn how:

  • to establish your business as a Non-profit & 501(c)3 Tax Exempt organization.
  • to register your organization to receive government grants and private funding.
  • to search, apply, receive, manage, report and close your grant.
  • to identify potential funders and make the first approach.
  • to complete a grant application.
  • to write a grant proposal.
  • to create a project budget.
  • to track grant applications.

You will be provided content-rich websites and access togitimate "free" grant funding databases with a variety of free search tools, tutorials, downloadable reports, and other information. All participants will be provided with a free one on one follow up consultation.
