OhioHealth Continuing Medical Education and OhioHealth Grant Family Medicine proudly present the 2017 Grant Family Medicine Conference & Family Reunion.
We are excited to host this event at the newly remodeled Columbus Metropolitan Library in the heart of downtown Columbus conveniently located across from OhioHealth Grant Medical Center.
This two-day event will feature several of OhioHealth Grant Medical Center's excellent physicians and graduates. This activity is designed to improve patient care by providing current information and advances in the evaluation, diagnosis, and management for common medical problems encountered in primary care medicine.

Can I attend even if I am not a Grant Alumni?
Absolutely! This event is open to all primary care providers regardless of where you did your residency.
Will I be able to visit the hospital and see how it has changed and improved since I graduated?
Yes, we will be providing hospitals tours on Sunday morning.
Can I attend more than one event?
Definitely! You are welcome to attend any or all of the events.
Can I bring my family to the Social Events?
Yes, families are welcome to attend any of the Social Events offered.
Will there be opportunities to mingle with colleagues and explore Columbus?
Yes, multiple opportunities will be available and are listed in the Schedule of Events above.
Will continuing medication education credits be awarded?
OhioHealth is accredited by the Ohio State Medical Association (OSMA) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

We encourage all participants to bring a laptop or other mobile device to the activity to access presentations online.

Yes, attendees may connect to the free WiFi at the library.
What is the refund policy?
OhioHealth reserves the right to cancel or delay this course due to any unforeseen circumstances. In the event this meeting would have to be canceled, OhioHealth will refund your registration fee. We are not responsible for any travel, hotel or other costs incurred.
If a participant cancels, refund of conference fee minus a 25% administrative charge will be made if notice of cancellation is received no later than January 15, 2017 through EventBrite. No refunds will be granted after January 15, 2017.
If a participant is unable to attend due to inclement weather (Level 3), a refund of the registration fee minus a 25% administrative charge will be issued.
