Ving Tsun Sito & Martell Cognac Present:
Grandmaster Moy Yat's BLUSH STROKE Art Exhibit.
For the first time ever in the U.S., Grandmaster Moy Yat's "BLUSH STROKE" collection will be exhibited in San Francisco, CA. The public has never laid eyes on Grandmaster Moy Yat's last Masterpiece. European museums have his other sets on display, but don't have this one. Before Grandmaster Moy Yat passed away, his artwork was already worth thousands of dollars. Now that he's passed away, we cannot sell his last set. This will be a grand exhibit in honor of Grandmaster Moy Yat's contribution to the arts.
[History]: Moy Yat was born in Toi Shan in the province of Canton, China. At the age of nineteen, his family moved to Hong Kong and he began training with Grand Master Ip Man (Yip Man) in the art of Wing Chun Kung Fu.
Along with teaching Kung Fu, Moy Yat was also a painter, seal maker, calligrapher and author. He published six books: 108 Muk Yan Jong, Ving Tsun Kuen Kuit, A Legend of Kung Fu Masters, Dummy: A Tool for Kung Fu, Ving Tsun Trilogy, and Luk Dim Poon Kwan. The book Ving Tsun Kuen Kuit includes prints of Moy Yat’s famous stone carvings of the history, lineage, and major principles of Wing Chun.
