Intended Audience includes: All health caregivers, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Residents and Graduate Clinical Students.
The program objectives include:
- Recognize what physical and medical symptoms a human trafficking victim may present.
- Discuss how to properly conduct a screening.
- Discuss how to activate the Human Trafficking Task Force.
ADENA HEALTH SYSTEM IS ACCREDITED BY THE OHIO STATE MEDICAL ASSOCIATION AND AMERICAN OSTEOPATHIC ASSOCIATION TO PROVIDE COUNTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION FOR PHYSICIANS. ADENA HEALTH SYSTEM DESIGNATES THIS LIVE EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY FOR A MAXIMUM OF 1 AMA PRA CATEGORY 1 CREDIT™.
