They'll cover topics such as how to incorporate more environmentally sound and friendly designs in your project and some of the challenges that can arise during the permitting process.

Parking at 1120 Monroe is free or if you are already downtwon feel free to catch the DASH North and it will drop you right in front of the building.
The Development Center is staffed by members of the Building Inspections Division, Planning Department, Engineering Department, Water and Sewer Utilities, Environmental Services, Fire Safety, and Traffic Safety. We are available for in-person consultations regarding development issues. Benefits of the one-stop approach include a simplified approval process and improved coordination of staff review efforts.
