Event description

NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. You must have a ticket to attend, whether you are participating in Grady Goat Yoga or just there to watch/take photos/drive your friends/kids/etc. Thank you!

RAIN or SHINE! We move indoors in the event of inclement weather.

CHILDREN'S CHARITY! Pure joy and bliss! Join us for Grady Goat Yoga at Hat Trick Ranch to support GRADY GOAT FOUNDATION! Bring your yoga mat and enjoy a beautiful and serene setting with the friendliest baby goats (along with donkeys, cows, and Maya the Farm Pig!) you will ever meet! No yoga experience necessary--just a love of nature, animals, and desire to leave here as happy and stress-free as you've ever been! Email info@gradygoat.org if you have any questions. We are very convenient (20-25 minutes from Downtown Tampa and an hour from Orlando) and simple to find. The event is scheduled for an hour, but feel free to arrive 30 minutes early and stick around for 30 minutes after class for plenty cuddling and photos with our baby goats!

PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE A TICKET TO ATTEND, whether you plan on participating in Goat Yoga or just accompanying friends, visiting the goats, or taking photos.

What's the refund policy?

NO REFUNDS. We CANNOT switch your ticket to a different class after you have registered, so please ensure the date you choose works PRIOR to purchasing your ticket. Thank you!!

What shoud I wear?

For those of you planning an evening wearing something backless/strapless, we recommend against shirts with open shoulders (tanks, racerback, etc.), simply because our goats love to challenge your yogi prowess by jumping on your back while you pose! Most of our participants don't mind it, but their little hooves can leave evidence of their (and your) fun that may or not be visible later in the day!

Can I buy my ticket at the door?

EVERY SINGLE GRADY GOAT YOGA CLASS SELLS OUT IN ADVANCE! Because we want to ensure everyone has a wonderful experience, that there is plenty of one-on-one interaction with the baby goats, and for the safety of our baby goats, we cannot add people to classes that are full and we do not sell tickets at the door.

Are children allowed? Is it safe?

Due to the importance of our baby goats feeling safe and secure and the (totally understandable!) excitement that children can exhibit when exposed to our babies, we must adhere to a minimum age in order to participate. Therefore, children under 8 are not permitted, even if they are there just to watch. Please understand that this is for the safety of our baby goats and to ensure the class remains a tranquil, calming experience for all participants. ANYONE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARTICIPATING ADULT . All attendees acknowledge the risks of farm/agricultural activities, including agritourism such as goat yoga, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grady Goat Yoga and Hat Trick Ranch from any and all injuries or losses.

Can I bring a guest that has not purchased a ticket. They just want to watch.

While we receive a tremendous amount interest from people that just want to come visit Grady and his friends, and many of our attendees have no interest in actually doing yoga, EVERYONE MUST HAVE THEIR OWN TICKET. We limit each event's attendance so that everyone can have plenty of time before, during, and after class to just enjoy the atmosphere and mingle with the goats. Paid guests that don't want to participate in the actual yoga activities are welcome to simply interact, cuddle, and take photos with our precious babies. But EVERYONE must purchase a ticket in order to visit Hat Trick Ranch on Grady Goat Yoga day!

What can/should I bring to Grady Goat Yoga?

You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat, water, and insect repellant. Please keep in mind that goats are curious animals and they are known to take a liking to your stuff and to nibble on shoe laces, drawstrings, and jewelry. You should leave your hoop earrings at home, as well as any other jewelry that may get tangled with a baby goat! Remember that our baby goats like to jump on backs; therefore, we recommend shirts that keep your back and shoulders covered--particularly if you plan on wearing something strapless later in the day!

Is this really a charitable organization?

YES! Grady Goat Foundation is a Donor Advised Fund and Fiscal Sponsorship operating under the Athletes and Causes Foundation umbrella—a non-profit 501(c)(3) EIN: 47-2377003. Grady Goat Foundation's Goat Yoga proceeds support a variety of children's charities but are focused on children with disabilities and facing adversity. We also serve as a rescue-goat sanctuary.

I can't make it to a class but can I make a donation to the Grady Goat Foundation?

Yes. Eventbrite provides a "Donation Only" section under tickets for people that want to support what we do with children's charities and animal rescue.

Do you only have classes on Saturdays and Sundays at 10am?

For now, these are the only regularly-scheduled classes; however, we are available for private group events. Contact us for details.

Where should I park?

Please park along the driveway. Do not park past the orange cones and please do not back in to spots. This is a working ranch and many of our animals free-range, so please drive slowly at all times and do not drive or park beyond the designated area.

What happens in case of bad weather?

In the event of rain, Grady Goat Yoga will be moved indoors, to the Pavilion at Hat Trick Ranch--our main barn. Grady Goat Yoga is held rain-or-shine. In the event of severe weather, please check our facebook page for instructions regarding re-scheduling.

Is it clean?

As our past guests and attendees will attest, our goats are very well taken care of. They are, however, farm animals, which poop and pee whenever it suits them! While many of our guests insist this adds to the charm of Grady Goat Yoga, we maintain a team ready to quickly clean up any such incidents! Please be respectful of our staff, however, as they are not there to brush random leaves, straw, or dirt from your yoga mats--this is an event that takes place on a working-farm, so please understand that the class takes place outdoors, on the ground, in a natural environment!

Can I feed the goats?

PLEASE DO NOT FEED OUR GOATS and DO NOT BRING FOOD INTO THE YOGA AREA. Our goats and other animals are on a strict diet. If you would like to feed one of our animals, just ask one of our attendees and they will provide the proper treats.
