Governor's Workforce and Innovative Solutions Conference

Consistent with Governor Sandoval’s vision of a vibrant and sustainable 21st century economy, the Governor’s Workforce & Innovative Solutions Conference is a statewide conference that will shine a light on innovative ideas, practices, policies, and solutions to workforce development across the state of Nevada, as well as highlight innovative work that is occurring at the national level.

The conference will explore the elevated role of apprenticeships in the State of Nevada, changes happening to align K-12 & postsecondary Career Technical Education to high-demand industries, and resources available to all Nevada’s employers with interest in finding skilled, diverse workforce. The conference will inform and engage businesses, educators, and Nevadans on the changing landscape of workforce development in the state of Nevada and globally.
