Gourmet Cooking Series - Class 4

Our four class series is based upon The Joy of Cooking and our last class is focused on baking. We'll do a combination of savory and sweet in this session.
Quinoa Stuffed Mushrooms - Cremini mushrooms are filled with an assortment of herbs, cheese and quinoa in a lovely two bite hor d'ouver.
Roasted Pork Loin - This juicy succulent roast is a perfect quick choice for an easy yet substantial meal.
Fennel and Beet Salad - Coated with olive oil then baked off releases the slight nuttiness of these root vegetables.
Homemade Mac and Cheese - Four cheeses accompany a Bechemel and topped with crunchy panko in our rendition of an American classic.
Cream Puffs with Vanilla Whipped Cream- So easy you'll make these treats over and over.
Cost is $300 for the series or $85 per class.
