This easy-to-follow dance class is designed for new moms who are pregnant and want to stay fit throughout pregnancy and new moms and dads of young babies (ages 2 mos-12 mos) in front carrier.
This class is perfect if you have a newborn and you're ready to get out of the house more, but just aren't comfortable with the idea of leaving your baby with a sitter yet. Each class kicks off with a gentle warm-up and then moves to the center for a low impact-toning dance workout. Each class meets for 45 minutes spent with other moms/dads and babies dancing, toning, stretching, bonding & socializing. Classes are perfect for all fitness levels with zero experience required.
Moms or Dads:
We recommend comfortable clothing; yoga pants or leggings for women, dance shoes, sneakers or barefoot. Make sure to bring a water bottle and carrier that is comfortable and secure.
Babies: Bring baby fed and dressed in layers, as they can get warm while in the carrier.
