Got Game Christmas Dinner Club @ The Chintz
We've designed a hearty, satisfying menu that is in many ways quite traditionally British, combined with a truly original and aesthetically stimulating dining environment.
Arrive 7.30ish for first course around 8.
NB. This is clearly quite a meaty menu, but can be adapted for vegetarians with at least 3 days prior notice.
All three courses are gluten free (the cheese board is not), and if you inform us of any other dietary requirements well in advance we can ensure these are met.

Hay and apple wood smoked pheasant
Cornish confit duck with damson, orange and star anise
Smoked haddock, leek and cauliflower with *Vadouvan dressing
- Marinated venison haunch, grilled on the barbecue, with Jerusalem artichoke *tartiflette,
& salad of organic carrot, hazelnut, orange and honey
- Pear, apple and blueberry crumble with clotted cream cardamom ice cream
- Cornish cheese board with bread, biscuits and chutney (additional £6)
*Vadouvan is a French version of Indian masala spice mix
*Tartiflette is similar to dauphinois potatoes, with the addition of smoked lardons, white wine, onions and normally Reblochon cheese, but we're using a Cornish cheese called Celtic Gold
