Googlers of Color – Fierce Urgency of Now!
Event Information
About this Event
Event Description:
This event will include a moderated panel of Googlers of Color, who will describe their Google experiences and answer attendee questions, regarding their journeys. The panel will be followed by a "Project Fair", where Google Cambridge teams will display current projects to provide an overview of the types of work done at Google Cambridge. This fair will also be interactive, enabling attendees to casually move from group to group to interact with Googlers.
It is our greatest hope that attendees will come away from this event with a very specific understanding of the projects and products managed at Google Cambridge, in addition to business roles at Google Cambridge; through first-person descriptions of the journey to Google/tech, for people of color, as inspiration and a shared roadmap for attendees.
Snacks, refreshments, and a venue for networking and informal conversations will also be provided.
Cost - This event is free, and we look forward to seeing you there!
For Security and Badging purposes; if you are registering for more than one ticket, please include your guest's first name, last name, and their email address.
