In the digital world, Google Analytics is a free tool which is widely used to track activities on websites and apps.

Like any other tool, it comes with default settings which don't suit all businesses. And, if like many others, you make business and marketing decisions based on the default settings, the data might be misleading you.

> Learn about the Admin tab as well as the Account, Property and View settings.
> Learn how to set the View setting to suit your business and create a new View.

> Become familiar with segmenting and filtering.
> Learn how and why to use annotations and data cleaning.

Prerequisites

Prior knowledge of Google Analytics is not required for this course.

We recommend bringing your laptop/tablet to access your Google Analytics account at the same time we go over each item. If you don't have a Google Analytics account yet, follow the steps outlined here and create one.
