Do you like pop-ups?
We generally hate them. But what are you supposed to do when you and your talented industry friends happen on a cool space in the Lower East Side? Here's what:
1) Book a 4-piece jazz band (this will be fun)
2) R&D some fun New Orleans inspired cocktails with your buddy from Estela / Painkiller (#namedropping)
3) Ask your dope chef friends to come up with delicious Cajun snacks
4) Create an Eventbrite page and sell tickets to said event
So there you have it.
Reservations get you the entire food menu to share for 2 (at $39/pp). Drinks and extra dishes will be available to order a la carte. Also, as much as we hate being inflexible, we can't make substitutions or accommodate dietary restrictions with this menu. Sorry! :(
