Good form is key to being a more effient runner and helps us stay injury free.
In this class, we will teach you the four simple but highly effective points that will help you transform into a more efficient, healthy runner. By mastering these points, you will be able to run faster, easier, and most importantly injury free. You will have the opportunity to have your gait analyzed on camera and have the chance to practice the Good Form technique which will dramatically improve your running form.
This is not a running session, but bring your shoes. You will run just a few steps across to be recorded and analyzed. Come back a few months after taking the class and do it again. We save the videos and will be able to compare and show you your own progress. It's great for new and experienced runners.
