About this Event

Join us as our home chefs show us how to cook a meal that will be delicious and soul warming. Every Wednesday at 6pm one of our hosts will show us their favorite meal that is both healthy and easy to make, usually using what you have at home.

Wednesday January 20 @ 6pm EST - Mushroom broth, ImmuneSchein cocktails (with ginger, turmeric, lemon), and Mushroom & Green Pea Risotto with Mushroom expert Luke and Ms. Sarah

Wednesday January 27 @ 6pm EST - Chef Lynnardo is joining us to make pan fried salmon with miso ginger, collard greens, and sweet potato

Wednesday February 3 @ 6pm EST - We're back in Mrs. Carol's kitchen to celebrate Black History Month with for our favorite soul warming cooking

Wednesday February 10 @ 6pm EST - Celebrate the month of the Dominican Independence leaning to make delicious baked chicken Dominican Style

Wednesday February 17 @ 6pm EST - Chef Lana is sharing her favorite Afro-Caribbean dish in honor of Black History Month

Wednesday February 24 @ 6pm EST - Chef Keisha closes Black History Month with delicious Jamaican cuisine

Wednesday, March 24 @ 6pm EST - We're honoring Women's History Month with a dish from one of Chef Lana's favorite female chefs
