Join us as our home chefs show us how to cook a meal that will be delicious and soul warming. Every Thursday at 6pm EST one of our hosts will show us a favorite meal that is healthy, tasty, and easy to make, using what you have at home.

Starting September 1 our Cooking Show will be on Thursday evenings at 6pm EST

From September 15 to October 15 we are celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month! Look forward to some incredible recipes from places that celebrate.

Thursday, September 26: Join us in the kitchen for a Quinoa salad Peruvian style.

Ingredients

1 cup of quinoa - uncooked

2 cups of water – normal temperature

1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half

1 cup cucumber

1/4 cup quartered olives

1/4 cup feta cheese

3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

1 1/2 tablespoons red vinegar

3/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

1 cup red onion
