Join us as our home chefs show us how to cook a meal that will be delicious and soul warming. Every Wednesday at 6pm EST one of our hosts will show us a favorite meal that is healthy, tasty, and easy to make, using what you have at home.

Wednesday, August 17 @ 6pm EST: Join Chef Travis in the kitchen for Thai Coconut Curry!

Ingredients

1 pound raw shrimp, cleaned and prepped (thaw if frozen)

1-2 tbsp canola oil

1 white onion

1 red bell pepper

1-2 bird-eye chilis or jalapeños

3 Tbsp red curry paste

1.5 Tbsp fish sauce

2 Tbsp brown sugar

14 oz canned unsweetened coconut milk

1.5 Tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 1.5 TBSP cold water (optional)

2-3 Tbsp fresh chopped basil

Lime juice

Thursday, September 1 @ 6pm EST: Join us in the kitchen with Love Wins Food Pantry to make Basque Style Fish with Asparagus and a Potato and Carrot soup

From September 15 to October 15 we are celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month! Look forward to some incredible recipes from places that celebrate.
