Course of eight friendly classes focusing on healthy eating free from eggs, dairy, wheat and gluten
Join us for eight weeks of informative healthy vegan nutrition and cooking classes with a focus on avoiding common allergens and intolerances like dairy and wheat.
I am Julia Leyden, alternative cooking expert and owner of Organically Yours (OY). Registered Nutritional Therapist Claire Hider and OY have gotten together to present a series of classes to give you confidence about cooking 'without' common allergens and intolerances. We'll also explain about healthy vegan nutrition and how to cook and eat on a budget.
Classes will start on Thursday 22 September and run for eight weeks until Thursday 10 November 2016. Each class will consist of nutritional information from Claire, and a cookery lesson from Julia. We will be teaching a small class where you will be able to get individual attention. We specialise in food intolerance and allergies. You will learn all the latest alternatives so that you will be able to cook without gluten or dairy - and we'll be meat-free too. Everyone who books onto the whole course will leave with lots of new information and a free e-book as well.

Alternatively we have a programme available so that you can pick which class you would like to attend if you're not interested in the whole course. (However each class builds on the last so you may miss some valuable information.)
