🌀Gong sounds for all those with an extra need including neuro diverse, Down syndrome and everything in between (14+)
🌀A Sound Journey for Deep Rest, Sensory Ease & Emotional Reconnection
Held in the Heart of Highgate
Do you or your teen long for a place to pause, breathe, and simply be — where sound soothes the senses, and nervous system overwhelm melts into calm?
You are warmly invited to a gentle Gong Bath, thoughtfully designed for special needs, neurodiverse, autistic and all in between young people aged 14+, and their carers. Whether you're navigating sensory processing challenges, emotional stress, or simply need a break from the demands of everyday life, this is your space to exhale and be held in sound.
🌟 What is a Gong Bath?
A gong bath is a therapeutic sound experience. You lie down (or sit — however you’re most comfortable) while the soothing vibrations of the gong wash over you, calming the mind and inviting emotional release, stillness, and self-regulation.
💙 Why It’s Perfect for SEN, Neurodiverse and Autistic Teens

Frequently asked questions
Sound bathing is a very pleasant meditative practice and is best experienced lying down on your yoga mat. Your body temperature naturally drops down in meditation, so wearing layers of clothing and covering yourself with a blanket would ensure you are comfortable and cosy.
I will guide you into a deep relaxation where you can rest, sleep, dream or simply listen to the sounds, melodies, rhythms and feel the vibrations energising your body. This could lead you to experiencing a sense of inner peace, energetic cleanse and refreshed reset. Your body will feel lighter.
Your body will detox so drinking water will help flush out toxins; it is best to have a relaxing and peaceful time afterwards, spending time with loved ones or by yourself reflecting or doing your favourite things.
