TriFit is a series of safe, fun, and free outdoor Pilates and Yoga classes taught by certified instructors.

ADVANCE REGISTRATION REQUIRED
Bring your mat and water bottle, and make TriFit your healthy happy hour! Join us in Farragut Square every Tuesday and Wednesday evening from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m., for safe, fun, and free outdoor Yoga (Tuesdays with CorePower ) and Pilates (Wednesdays) classes taught by certified fitness instructors. Classes begin May 4, 2022, and continue through October. Please note, there are no classes occurring in August.
To maintain health and safety guidelines, TriFit class sizes are limited. Registration and a signed waiver are required for each class. Walk-ups are permitted if space allows.
PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST15 MINS BEFORE CLASS STARTS.
Classes are weather-dependent, and registrants will be notified via email of cancellations.
