About this Event

Khizr Khan, Gold Star parent, author of An American Family: A Memoir of Hope and Sacrifice, and Constitutional rights and national unity advocate, is the Keynote Speaker at the 2020 Immigration Symposium hosted by The Scholar: St. Mary's Law Review on Race and Social Justice. Mr. Khan's lecture on the "U.S. Constitution—What It Is and Why It Matters—An Immigrant's Perspective" is free and open to the public, but attendees to just the free lecture must have an Eventbrite ticket. Seating is limited and is available on a first come, first served basis. Lecture takes place from 3:35 p.m. to 4:40 p.m.
