Using the ancient and powerful practises of hatha yoga, meditation, mantra chanting (kirtan) and fire ceremony this day will help to still your mind and soothe your nervous system giving you the opportunity to connect to your Self beyond all the noise of day to day life.
We will begin with a gentle yet powerful yoga practise to realign and quiet your mind, followed by the Bhakti yoga practise of Kirtan, chanting ancient mantras, giving you the opportunity to let go of your mind and connect deeply to your heart. We will then perform a fire ceremony. Ceremony with fire is present in every tradition. Fire literally burns away that which no longer serves and carries our prayers, offering a beautiful opportunity to focus our intentions for our lives and align more fully with our highest potential.
A delicious smoothie, a healthy vegetarian meal and a delicious healthy treat is included.
