Event description

Description

The Carbon Neutral Cities Alliance (CNCA), Urban Sustainability Directors Network (USDN), Rockefeller Brothers Fund, and the cities of Boulder and New York are pleased to invite you to the 2nd summit of leading cities and manufacturers to discuss “Going to Scale: City-Industry Cooperation for Renewable Heating and Cooling.” The event will take place on October 26, 2017 in San Diego, CA.

This gathering brings together city leaders, major manufacturers of cold climate electric air source heat pumps and heat pump water heaters, foundations, state agencies, and selected experts. The purpose of this meeting is to share key findings from recent city-led market analyses completed by New York City, Washington DC, Boulder CO, and Burlington VT and identify opportunities and resources among all participants to implement public-private collaborations and scale deployment of residential heat pump technologies as a critical strategy for thermal decarbonization.
