Event Details

So you want to go solo - wonderful!  We want to support you as you take that leap - and we have 2 experienced and talented BFR members who can offer advice from their experience, as well as cautionary tales about "what not to do".

presenters: Keli Trejo and Suzanne Blake

Keli Trejo, CPCC www.risingmountainstudio.com

Keli Trejo began with a long stint in the corporate world, first in HR, then in Organizational Development and Leadership Development. She left a very successful career in 2008 to begin work as an independent consultant and executive coach. Why? She says: I found that the intellectual and professional challenges that fed me at work simultaneously starved my family (and myself) of my time and attention. The leap out of the corporate safety net corrected that, and although work can be variable at times, I have never regretted that move.

Keli has a BA from Wellesley College, focusing on Architectural Design. She also has a Master of Science degree in OD from the American University/National Training Lab Institute for Applied Behavioral Science program.

Suzanne Blake, PCC   http://www.suzanneblake.com/

Suzanne Blake, PCCis a Personal and Business Coach, Trainer and Consultant who has worked in the field since 1991. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and was recognized by ICF New England as one of the top coaches in the Greater Boston area. Suzanne is a featured author in the popular book, 101 Great Ways to Improve Your Life, co-authored with leading experts Jack Canfield, John Gray, Richard Carlson, and Bob Proctor.

Suzanne specializes in coaching executives and managers in leadership development, managing individuals and co-located and virtual teams, communications styles effectiveness, work-life balance, emotional intelligence, and performance management. Suzanne has comprehensive experience designing and facilitating training and coaching programs, facilitating team buildings, and conducting one-on-one Executive Coaching sessions.  She has done coursework at Florida State University, Lesley University, Harvard University’s Judge Baker Guidance Center, Coach University and Corporate Coach University.
