About the workshop:

Globalization leaves leaders no choice but to develop strategies for success in the global market.
Local solutions and models are not always scalable. To develop successful international partnerships, you need to be aware of all the risks and opportunities of doing business in a new country.

This workshop will give you a broader vision of what your company/business should be in order to compete in the global arena, and you will learn the key skills and competences of cross cultural communication important for global leaders.
You will be armed with necessary knowledge and practical advice on how to do business with your foreign conterparts. You will also Improve your cross-cultural competence, in order to become a truly global leader.

 


About the trainer:

Tatiana A.Indina, PhD is the CEO of Indina-Consulting Business Communication Agency, providing training & consulting for startups & entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley and Russia. She is an international professional in business training & consulting.
In 2012, Tatiana was a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars (Washington, DC), and in 2014 she was a Visiting Fellow at the Berkman Center, at Harvard University.
For a number of years Tatiana has been teaching courses on leadership & entrepreneurship at international business schools and MBA programs in Russia and CIS countries, consulting international companies & leaders. 

Her professional portfolio includes diverse projects of working with small businesses, startups, big corporations, NGOs, political leaders & international organizations. Born and raised in Central Asia, Tatiana has lived and worked in Eastern & Western Europe. She is a writer and a speaker at International conferences worldwide.  She is currently writing a book about global and local trends in innovation & entrepreneurship.

Tatiana A Indina (Indina-Consulting, LLC)

Tatiana Indina, PhD is a business trainer, consultant, executive & team coach, mentor, researcher & author.  She holds her PhD in Social Psychology from Russian Academy of Education. Her research interests include technology & innovation. She was a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the Wilson Center (Washington, DC, 2012), and visiting fellow at the Berkman Center, at Harvard University (2014). 

Tatiana has been teaching courses on leadership & entrepreneurship at international business schools and MBA programs. She is an author of 5 books and over 50 papers. 

Her latest book, CEO 2.0, is about global innovation & entrepreneurship, and the role of technology in transforming today’s businesses & leaders.  Currently Tatiana works with Silicon Valley Innovation Center, and teaches courses for Silicon Valley startups and entrepreneurs to help them succeed in the era of disruptive innovation. www.indina-consulting.com
