Description

Going Coastal: Lookout Point Hike

Dust off your trail shoes and join Sea Grant Agent Libby Carnahan on a hike to some of the lesser traveled trails of Weedon Island Preserve. Participants must be able to walk approximately 2 miles. Libby will share information on the research, monitoring, and management of the coastal ecosystems of Tampa Bay. Questions from participants will be encouraged to help guide the discussion on topics of most interest. Good walking shoes, appropriate dress for the weather, and a water bottle are recommended.

This program is recommended for all ages.
