About this event
Join us for a free, virtual movie screening of "God Knows Where I Am", a powerful PBS documentary. The body of a homeless woman is found in an abandoned New Hampshire farmhouse. Beside the body, lies a diary that documents her journey of starvation and the loss of sanity. As her story unfolds from different perspectives, including her own, we learn about our systemic failure to protect those who cannot protect themselves. This documentary will open our eyes to the reality that vulnerable people live among us and provokes thought and keen awareness of our broken system.
This screening will take place virtually via Zoom and is hosted by NAMI Carroll County. First come, first serve basis with a maximum of 100 individuals.
