This class will include:
Part 1: A Brief Overview of connecting to the Application (Launching VDI, then VPN), an introduction to GOCard System Applications (Customer Information Screen)
Part 2: "Door Ownership” Access & door schedules /How to assign access, manage door/time schedules, sending updates to doors
Part 3: Alarm monitoring (How to monitor view lists, adding single doors, customizing view alarms acknowledgements & identifying alarm types) Door Status and Control/Emergency Lockdown (Door-States and State Overrides for One or Multiple Doors)
