These 2 hour class are sure to please. They are fun, interactive, inspiring and a great fun workout, filled with Wally the goat and his baby brother.

The first hour is yoga, interactive with trained baby goats. They will help deepen stretches, help w core strength and keep you in the moment.

The second hour is meet and greet of the goats goat play, photo ops and hugs.
