Cost: $40 (plus service fees).

Price INCLUDES 60 min. class followed by extra time to spend with the goats and a beverage of your choice (including non-alcoholic).

Waiver of Liability & Disclosure Form:

1. I understand there is an inherent risk associated with any exercise program including my voluntary participation in this Goat Yoga Class/Event at Pooles Island Brewing Company that may result in injury. I understand and am aware that the components of exercise/yoga are potentially hazardous activities and may result in injury.

2. I acknowledge that I have either had a physical examination and/or have been given permission from my physician to participate in yoga based exercise programs or that I have decided to participate in an exercise program voluntarily and without the approval of my physician and do hereby assume all responsibility for my participation in this Goat Yoga Class/Event provided by BreakAway Yoga Studio and Pooles Island Brewing Company.

3. I certify that I am physically well and suffering from no medical problems, conditions, impairments, diseases or any other illness that would prevent my full participation or increase my risk of injury and/or illness as a result of partaking in this Goat Yoga Class/Event provided by BreakAway Yoga Studio and Pooles Island Brewing Company.

4. I, my heirs, or legal representatives do hereby forever waive and release BreakAway Yoga Studio and its teachers/employees from any and all liability and responsibility from injury, accident, illness, legal and medical fees sustained now or in the future resulting from my participation in this Goat Yoga Class/Event at Pooles Island Brewing Company.

5. I understand that there is not an area provided for personal items during this Goat Yoga Class/Event at Pooles Island Brewing Company and have been educated and asked to leave items locked up in a safe place in my vehicle. I agree that BreakAway Yoga, Pooles Island Brewing Company and its teachers/employees are in no way responsible for the loss or damage of my belongings while attending this Goat Yoga Class/Event at Pooles Island Brewing Company..

6. I acknowledge that I have read this waiver of liability form. I fully understand its terms and conditions and understand that I am waiving and giving up my right to sue BreakAway Yoga and its teachers/employees. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement voluntarily and intend by my signature for this to be a complete and unconditional release of liability to the greatest extent allowable by law.

6. I hereby understand that the BreakAway Yoga and its teachers/employees from time to time may photograph or video classes or events occurring at its studios and off site events and place such photographs and videos on its website, social media pages and promotional materials. I hereby consent to the use of my image that may appear in any such photograph and video.
