The DAD Youth Office proudly presents its first Pilgrimage to Jerusalem and Constantinople catered to young adults.

About this Event

General Information:

Only 30 spots are available at subsidized cost!

$1,600 all-inclusive for 10 days (February 14-23, 2020)

Open to all Young Adult Orthodox Christians in the GOA! (Ages 19+)

Please note that both the outbound and return flights are from JFK International Airport in New York.

**IMPORTANT: Registration requires a $310 deposit that is non-refundable (This price includes Handling Fees associated with Eventbrite. only $300 will be used towards your balance). The remaining $1,300 balance will be due at a later date after your spot has been secured.

Constantinople:

Agia Sofia, Ecumenical Patriarchate, Halki Theological School, Zoodochos Pighi, Vlachernon, Chora, Cruise along the Bosphorus.

Jerusalem:

Old City, Lion's Gate, Home of Sts. Joachim & Anna, Pool of Bethesda, St. Peter's Jail Cell, Praetorium, Via Dolorosa, Golgotha, The Tomb of Christ, Church of the Resurrection, Gesthemane, Tomb of the Panaghia, St. Stephen's site of Martyrdom, and Mount of Olives.

Jericho:

Sts. Mary and Martha Monastery in Bethany, Holy Monastery of St. George Chozeba, Mount of Temptation, Tree of Zacchaeus, St. Gerasimos Monastery, and the Jordan River.

Bethlehem:

Holy Cross Monastery, Tomb of Saint Symeon, Church of the Nativity, Shepherds' Field, Monastery of St. Theodore, Cave of the Three Magi, and St. Savvas Monastery.

Tiberius/Galilee:

Holy Transfiguration Monastery (Mt. Tabor), Church of the Annunciation (Nazareth), Site of Christ's First Miracle at Cana, Monastery of the Holy Apostles (Tiberius), and Church of the Holy Apostles (Capernaum).

Samaria:

Church of Saint Fotini and Jacob's Well.
