Go Tyme Grynd Summer Youth Fitness is a 6-week program combining both fitness and education into fun group activities that will engage and inspire young people. Our program is created and lead by ISSA Certified Elite Trainer, DeAndre "Coach Poo" Gaston. The young people will gain experience of safe physical fitness & healthy nutrition habits through coaching & fun group activities.

Participants get fit for long term health and success in athletics and learn keys to a healthy diet and the reasons our communities struggle with bad health and sickness. Parents understand that instilling healthy habits into children helps them grow into healthy adults. There’s no need to stick to ordinary boring exercises & nutrition education so we put together inspiring lessons & creative fitness activities that will get them moving in no time. Youth ages 6-17 will engage with new friends and mentors and leave the program empowered and feeling better. Each session will be impactful and engaging combing the following:

◦ Healthy and tasty post workout meals

◦ Fun and challenging workouts

◦ Engaging talks from coach poo
