GO TO SLEEP! How to improve your child's sleep

This workshop will cover how parents can help their children form healthy sleep routines from infancy to young adulthood. This workshop will address a multitude of topics such as knowing how much sleep your child needs, sleep-inducing routines, impact of technology on sleep, responding to your child’s night awakenings, and early risers. Ample time will be given for question-and-answer. Handouts will also be provided.
