About this event

As we look to launch new products or enter new markets, it’s crucial to have both a roadmap that sets you up for success and the means to track the growth of your program. In this workshop, we will discover how to build and develop a go-to-market (GTM) plan for products and services.

Join Adam Lorant as he takes you through the steps needed to bring your product or service to market. Adam will help us discern whether you need a GTM plan, and shows us how to build a product strategy that is tailored to the target market and target consumer we’ve previously mapped out. In this workshop, we will look at ways to price and promote, drive better channel performance, evaluate KPIs, and more.
